We are promoting this Partnership to offer Working Nurses the opportunity to participate in the returns they will receive from the investment they provide to community based, small businesses and real estate sponsors who have proven their ability to be successful.

This is not a startup fund.

Our strategy is to provide where needed, knowledge, information, access and support to local sponsors with a business model and plan that is positioned for near term growth. Our target sponsor is a business or real estate professional who individually, because of their size, are not likely to be attractive to high net worth or institutional investors.
